3. Every day is different for a real estate agent

Unlike working on an assembly line or sitting in a cubicle, every day is different for you.  One day, you can be out showing homes, the next, making listing presentations and the next doing research, attending networking functions and more.  New clients come along all the time. Every day brings new challenges.

4. You are challenged

As mentioned above, each transaction has its own set of challenges.  The worst type of job in the world is a boring one where you don’t get to use your brain!  As a real estate agent, you often have to think on your feet and become a good negotiator, a good listener, a good mediator – all in one!  Not to mention having to learn all the new technologies coming our way!

5. You are in control of your paycheck
