Ready Real Estate is full service real estate brokerage headquartered in Dallas-Fort Worth that fuses the technology of today with the excellent service of our Realtors to create a smooth and positive real estate experience for our home buyers and sellers. Ready Real Estate is a fast growing company and our story begins in the early 2000’s.
History of Ready Real Estate
During the “dot com” boom of the early 2000s, Von Sutten served as Market Director for the Dallas-Fort Worth area for a venture-capital backed company called eRealty. eRealty was the first real estate company to display MLS listings online for homebuyers to see – in fact, they were even sued by the Austin Board of Realtors to prevent them from doing so. But eRealty prevailed and paved the way for the future of real estate as we know it today. When eRealty was acquired by an “old-school” real estate company (Prudential Real Estate), Von Sutten was offered a position in the company. Instead, he started his own company.

This means Ready Real Estate agents are not limited to certain zip codes and are not tied to an office but are free to cover all corners of the Metroplex and beyond. It also means there’s no top-heavy bureaucracy so agents have the freedom to customize their services and commissions for each client.
About the Broker
After graduating with a degree in Business Administration, Von Sutten began his professional life in management with 5-star ranked Hyatt Hotels. He completed their prestigious management training program which later would serve as the foundation for his understanding of how to run a profitable and, more importantly, a reputable business. He was named a Manager of the Year in 1995.
After moving to Texas in 1998, Von began working for eRealty (see above), first as an agent and then as a broker and Market Director for the DFW area. Seeing the potential in the "new world" of real estate and having an entrepreneurial spirit, he founded his own company, Ready Real Estate, in 2004. Von Sutten has maintained his roots in the tech industry and today also serves as the broker of record in TX for RocketHomes, (sister company to RocketMortgage, by QuickenLoans, a Fortune 500 Company).
In his spare time, Von shows cutting horses and has been a multiple champion of major NCHA shows.
