Personal Training Broker/Associate

Are you a brand new agent? Feeling like you need a little extra security? At Ready Real Estate, we’ve got you covered! All new agents are assigned their own very own Personal Training Broker/Associate to provide more hands-on mentoring and coaching. The most important function of the Training Broker/Associate is to walk new agents step-by-step through their first contract so that all the “i’s” are dotted and “t’s” are crossed. This will ensure that your first transaction goes smoothly for your client AND you!
