We offer a variety of training classes for agents to attend - as they wish!  No classes are ever required...you pick the topics you are interested in. Subjects include:

Weekly Conference Calls

We also have weekly conference calls for agents interested in honing their skills. It's a great way to tune in, hear directly from the broker and get some motivation.  Learn about current events in real estate, market conditions, tips and tricks of the trade and ways that you can create smoother closings for you and your clients.

On-Line Training

We have a growing library of hundreds of videos that can be watched at your convenience. New videos are added all the time. AND, our agents are welcome to suggest topics for videos, so if there's something in particular you are interested in, Ready Real Estate makes it happen! We also have eBooks, scripts, articles, recorded webinars and more.

Facebook Group

Want answers fast? Ready Agents are invited to join our Facebook Group.  There, you can ask any question and quickly get answers from other agents who have had the same or similar experiences.  It's also a great place to pick up tips, tricks of the trade and learn what other successful agents are doing.

Broker Support Network

Do you want a direct line, "walkie-talkie" to your broker?  With Ready Real Estate, you get it!  Our agents communicate directly with the broker through the free "Hey-Tell" app.

Additionally, the broker leads a conference call every week where he provides training tips & tricks, market updates and useful information for experienced and new agents alike. Best of all, you can just call in! No need to drive in for a boring sales meeting.

Personal Training Broker/Associate

Are you a brand new agent? Feeling like you need a little extra security?  At Ready Real Estate, we've got you covered!  All new agents are assigned their own very own Personal Training Broker/Associate to provide more hands-on mentoring and coaching.  The most important function of the Training Broker/Associate is to walk new agents step-by-step through their first contract so that all the "i's" are dotted and "t's" are crossed.  This will ensure that your first transaction goes smoothly for your client AND you!

Agent Mentorship Council

Would you just like to pick the brains of Top Producers who know what it's like to start from scratch and build their up?  Our Agent Mentorship Council is made up of volunteer agents who are willing to give their time to help new agents, answer their questions and point them in the right direction.  And for new agents who need a little more hand-holding or who would like a full-time mentor...that's available through our Personal Training Broker/Associates.
